1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Wahya App ("the App") provided by Wahya Core Technologies Limited ("Wahya," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1. Account Creation

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Register with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Have a valid referral code from an authorized partner

2.2. Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Financial Services

3.1. Group Savings

  • You agree to honor your savings commitments within groups
  • Group savings terms are binding once agreed upon
  • Early withdrawal may be subject to penalties
  • Group administrators have specific rights and responsibilities

3.2. Payments and Transactions

  • All transactions are processed through authorized payment providers
  • Transaction fees may apply as disclosed
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds
  • Fraudulent transactions will be reversed and may lead to account termination

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share inappropriate or offensive content

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wahya Core Technologies Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We may modify or discontinue services at any time
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service access
  • We may update these terms with notice to you
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

7. Limitation of Liability

Wahya Core Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

  • Violations of these terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Non-payment of fees or obligations
  • Extended periods of inactivity

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Initial informal negotiation
  • Mediation if negotiation fails
  • Binding arbitration as a last resort

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
